This Open House Rider Sign (OHRS) is approved for use in Frisco, Texas, only, in accordance with City of Frisco signage regulations.

Size Limit: Must not exceed 6 square feet (maximum 2’ x 3’) and 4 feet in height. Placement

Allowed only on private property with the owner’s consent

Strictly prohibited in public rights-of-way, including

• Utility strips

Time Restrictions (Open House Use):

• Signs may be placed no earlier than 1 hour before the open house
• Must be removed within 2 hours after the event
